“Stopped by during a trip to Seattle and Seoul Tofu really hit the spot. The tofu soup was rich and flavorful! I got it mild tofu soup assorted with raw egg, which I highly recommend. My favorite banchan was the potato salad, and everything came out fast and fresh. It looked like they were still in soft opening, but the service was great. They mentioned they’ll be on DoorDash and Uber Eats soon, so if you’re local, keep an eye out 👀 I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!”
